Notice of the planned wind-down of the DeMi Project

The DeMi team hereby informs users and DEMI token holders that the planned wind-down procedure for the DeMi project has been initiated.

This decision follows a comprehensive assessment of the Project’s operating model. Key factors include changes in Bitcoin network parameters (increased mining difficulty and aggregate hash rate), as well as fluctuations in electricity prices and related operating costs. Under current market conditions, continuing the Project’s operations in its existing configuration is no longer in the best interests of either the Company or DEMI token holders.

The Project wind-down will be carried out in an orderly manner in accordance with Section 14 of the Terms of Use, the Risk Warning, and applicable law. The procedure is designed to ensure an orderly cessation of operations, with priority given to protecting the interests of token holders.

What changes as of the date of this notice

• The accrual of new BTC rewards for staking DEMI tokens has been suspended as of [08.05.26, 13:00 UTC].

What remains unchanged

• DEMI tokens remain in holders’ wallets; the Company neither performs nor intends to perform any unilateral transactions involving token holders’ assets.
• The Project website will remain operational for the duration of the wind-down process.

Project wind-down roadmap

The Company is preparing a wind-down roadmap for the DeMi Project. This roadmap will include, among other elements:

• the stages and timelines of the wind-down process;
• the procedure for forming and distributing the liquidation pool funded by the sale of mining equipment;
• mechanisms for взаимодействие with DEMI token holders, including procedures for participation in the distribution of liquidation pool funds.
